As a veteran in the field, Ray Shanahan brings decades of real-world EMS experience to his role at PSTrax. Throughout his career as a paramedic and EMS leader, he has worked across private and municipal systems, overseeing operations, compliance, and service delivery.

He understands the unique challenges agencies face in managing assets, personnel, and daily operations, as well as the pressure to stay mission-ready at all times. Ray is passionate about helping departments implement practical, efficient solutions that strengthen accountability, improve readiness, and support better outcomes for responders and the communities they serve.

In addition to supporting customers directly, Ray leads PSTrax’s partner channel strategy, building a network of premier partners across the first responder industry. By working closely with organizations that support fire, EMS, law enforcement, and public safety operations, he helps ensure agencies have access to the tools, expertise, and resources needed to address their evolving operational and compliance needs.
