Throughout his career, Justin has served in multiple operational and leadership roles and has been recognized with Firefighter of the Year, Driver/Operator of the Year, Paramedic of the Year, and three Lifesaving Awards. He began his career as a volunteer firefighter before transitioning to a full-time role and advancing into fire service leadership.
Justin has also completed the National Fire Academy's Managing Officer Program, a multi-year leadership curriculum focused on areas including change management, risk reduction, and adaptive leadership. He continues his professional development through the National Fire Academy's Executive Fire Officer Program.
